Okay if you can actually Rock Onstage even better but seriously, neck tattoos can be the most ballsy statement you can make. That's why neck tattoos have been coined "job blockers."
If you decide to get something tattooed to a visible place on your neck you can pretty much kiss a lot of Corporate America goodbye. That's actually not a bad thing. Anyone whose been apart of Corporate knows what a soul sucking experience it is...and should be avoided at all costs!

Angelina Jolie whose known to have a lot of tats has this one on at the base of her neck. The Gothic letter tattoo says "Know Your Rights". It's the title of a song of her favorite band The Clash. It also is significant to her because of her Humanitarian Work as a UN Ambassador working with Refugees around the world. Every tattoo on Angelina's body has a special meaning to her.
